Method
Step 1: Soak mushrooms for
1 hour, when soft slice thinly. wash dried prawns and drain. cut Chinese sausage into thin slices.
Step 2: Wash glutinous rice and drain.
Step 3: Add oil in non stick
fry pan add garlic and brown. add mushrooms, prawns and sausage. stir fry a while until fragrant
add rice and stir fry. pour in chicken stock, half cup at a time and keep stir frying.add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. as the stock absorbs into the rice add more stock. stir fry on medium heat until rice is cooked. Garnish with chopped spring onions and fried shallots.
