Method
Step 1: Defrost cassava in fridge overnight.
Step 2: Add 1 can coconut milk, 1 or half cup of sugar (as preferred).
Step 3: Mix ingredients well until sugar dissolved. place in square or oblong baking tin.
Step 4: Bake in preheated oven at 200deg for 20 mins.
Step 5: To brown cake by placing under hot grill for 2 mins.
