Method
Step 1. Slice Beef Fillets thinly.
Step 2. Cut Onion into wedges. Cut Bok Choy roughly. Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
Step 3. Heat half the peanut oil in a wok or frying pan, add beef slices and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside. Heat remaining oil, add onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add Bok Choy with combined Garlic, Ginger, AYAM SWEET CHILLI SAUCE, AYAM LIGHT SOYA SAUCE, AYAM SESAME OIL and stock and stir-fry for 1 minute or untile Bok Choy is tender.
Step 4. Return Beef to wok and stir-fry until heated through. Serve with hot noodles.
