TRADING TERMS

By using our Online Shopping Cart Service
you agree to be bound by Kongs Trading Pty Ltd’s
“TRADING TERMS” as laid-out below.
ORDERS
Orders placed by the customer / user of this site, are
irrevocable once sent. The customer / user of this site
agrees to pay for the goods ordered, and the delivery
fee, if the goods are being delivered by Kongs Trading
Pty Ltd or its agents. The customer / user of this site
agrees that the delivery fee will be AUD$10.00 per order
under the value of AUD$200.00 (Please note the delivery
fee for chilled or frozen goods will be AUD $15.00 per
order under the value of AUD$200.00), provided the customer
/ user of this site’s delivery address is within
the metro area as defined below. If the delivery address
is outside the metro area as defined below, the customer
/ user of this site understands and agrees that goods
will be delivered to our nominated transport company within
the metro area as defined below for on-forwarding at no
additional cost to Kongs Trading Pty Ltd.
PRICING
Please note that all pricing is in Australian
Dollars and is inclusive of GST.
Due to the nature of our business as an
importer of products our pricing is subject to currency
fluctuations as well as other market forces, which are
out of our control, therefore our pricing is constantly
changing to reflect these fluctuations. Please check pricing
at the time of purchase.
The Online price quoted by Kongs Trading
Pty Ltd are as up-to-date as possible, however as a user
of this site you agree that the final price(s) will be
the price(s) which are charged by Kongs Trading Pty Ltd
at the time when my/our order is processed and shown on
the Tax Invoice provided to you when the goods are collected
or delivered.
The "Advertised Specials" will
be supplied at the "advertised" price(s), subject
to the availability of the "advertised" product(s)
and the order being placed by the site user and delivered
by Kongs Trading Pty Ltd during the "advertised"
promotional period.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

- Business Account – Reserved for Trade
Customers meeting credit criteria.
- Business Cheque – Accepted with Identification
at the time of delivery.
- Cash on Delivery – Accepted at time
of delivery.
- Direct Credit – Crediting directly into
our bank account (ideal for county customers).
- Charge Through – FAL (Foodland Associated
Limited) franchisees can use our Charge
- Through Facility by supplying us with their
FAL Number providing they are cleared with FAL
for the receipt of Charge Through Direct orders.
- Credit Card – Via our Secure payment
web page using SSL technology (SSL - Secure
Socket Layer).

Country orders – Due to bad debtors
in the past it is preferred that country customers use
the Direct Credit payment option. (Please ring us for
details on (08) 93533380).
Please note that you will not be charged
until your order is ready to be shipped.
ORDER – DELIVERY TURN AROUND
Will be 3-5 working days
METRO AREA
We will deliver goods within the metro area only,
with the metro area boundaries being defined as follows:-
North to Joondalup, South to Rockingham, East to Midland,
West to the coast line, South East to Armadale, North
East to Wanneroo.
COUNTRY:-Delivery to country areas (those
out side the above mentioned boundaries) will be delivered
to the clients carriers for on-forwarding by the clients
transport at NO additional expense to Kongs Trading Pty
Ltd.
BACKORDERS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept back orders at this
time.
GOOD & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Most food items are GST exempt however please
note that our pricing is inclusive of GST where applicable
and our Tax Invoice will itemise this for you.
AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS NUMBER (ABN)
As a Trade Customer please provide us with your
ABN or as by law we are obliged to charge you WITHHOLDING
TAX, which is currently 48%.
CREDIT CLAIMS
All claims must be made within seven days from receipt
of goods.
Return of goods will not be accepted after this seven
day period.
All claims must state our invoice numbers, failure to
supply invoice numbers with the claim will null-in void
the claim.
COPYRIGHT
All copyrights, trademarks and service marks are the property
of their respective companies and owners. You may not
use any trade mark, name, get up or other indicia appearing
within Kongs Trading Pty Ltd’s website whether in
whole or in part, by any means or for any purpose without
the permission of the respective companies and owners.
DISCLAIMER
Kongs Trading Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any
direct or indirect computer problems or incompatibilities
(including loss or corruption of data) via a result of
use of these Online Ordering pages.
CHANGES TO THESE TRADING TERMS
We will occasionally update these TRADING TERMS
as needed. When we do decide to update these TRADING TERMS
we will post changes on our website with a revised “Last
Updated” date at the top of the TRADING TERMS statement,
therefore it is ESSENTIAL that these TRADING TERMS be
read and agreed upon before entry to the rest of the Online
Shopping Cart Ordering Service on every visit or use.
